1. Payment & Refund Method
- Collection: Payments are collected exclusively via Zoho Payments Virtual Accounts. Clients must pay manually via NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS.
- Refund Mode: All approved refunds will be processed via NEFT as a Credit Note.
2. Zrubix Enterprise Management System (Platform Subscription)
This policy applies strictly to the Monthly Subscription Fees paid for accessing the Zrubix Platform (Plan 1, Plan 2, Plan 3). It does not apply to implementation services.
Daily Usage Deduction (3% Per Day)
- Since our subscriptions operate on a 30-day cycle, refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis with a 3% deduction for every day the subscription was active.
- Calculation Start Date: The deduction is calculated starting from the Subscription Activation Date (the day the plan was activated or renewed), regardless of the actual payment date.
- Calculation Example: If you cancel on Day 10 of your active cycle, we deduct 30% (10 days × 3%). You will receive a refund of 70% of the monthly fee.
3. Zrubix Implementation Services
Refunds for implementation services depend on the package type (One-Time vs. Continuous) and the timeline of the request.
A. One-Time Implementation Packages
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service, you are not required to pay the balance 50% payment.
Refund of Advance Payment: The refund of the advance collected is calculated as follows:

4. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request:
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@zrubix.com.
- Provide your Invoice Number and specific reason for the refund.
- Since refunds are processed via NEFT, you may be required to provide your bank account details for the credit note transfer.
- Our team will review the request against the timelines mentioned above. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
Zrubix Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website.
